• Provide evidence-informed dietary consultations to patients and their caregivers, focusing on improving nutritional outcomes and adherence to prescribed dietary plans.
• Offer personalized nutrition advice and interventions tailored to each patient’s health condition and specific requirements.
• Contribute to the gathering and analysis of clinical data to support care planning and enhance service delivery.
• Aid in the development of intelligent templates for integration within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Engage in clinical nutrition programs and Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives aimed at optimizing patient care and outcomes.
• Perform audits to ensure clinical practices align with the latest evidence-based nutrition guidelines.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior dietitians and dietetic support staff.
• Conduct nutrition education sessions and updates for internal staff when needed.
• Support the Function Head or Head of Department in departmental planning, operations, and goal-setting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics, including the completion of a clinical dietetics internship of at least 24 weeks from an accredited institution.
• Membership with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association and accreditation as an Accredited Dietitian in Singapore is recommended.
