About the role:
We are looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into polished, engaging stories. Our videos range from long-form YouTube property tours to short-form Instagram reels, event recaps, and social content. You should have a strong eye for pacing, color, and visual rhythm, with the ability to make property content feel clear, premium, and engaging.
Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form YouTube videos and short-form Instagram/social videos
- Create engaging edits for property tours, realtor-led walkthroughs, project showcases, and event recaps
- Apply strong color grading across different lighting conditions, including indoor, outdoor, day, night, and mixed-light footage
- Ensure videos feel consistent in color, style, pacing, typography, and overall brand look
- Create motion titles, lower thirds, callouts, map graphics, and title cards that feel engaging and on-brand
- Sync music, sound design, and cuts to create better flow and emotional pacing
- Work with B-roll, drone footage, interviews, client assets, screenshots, and project renders
- Incorporate feedback from the creative team and revise videos in a timely manner
- Organize and manage project files, footage, and assets clearly
Requirements:
- 2+ years of video editing experience in property, lifestyle, commercial, social media, or branded content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, color grading, and music timing
- Ability to create edits that feel engaging, not just technically clean
- Good understanding of typography, motion titles, and social video style
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic English: able to read briefs, understand feedback, and communicate via email/chat
