Job Responsibilities
1. Market Development and Customer Acquisition: Responsible for market research, customer development, and demand analysis for forklift products within the designated region; expanding new customer base and maintaining existing customer relationships.
2. Channel Construction and Management: Establishing and maintaining a network of dealers and agents within the region; optimizing channel structure and improving channel efficiency.
3. Opportunity Identification and Communication: Identifying potential business opportunities within the region; timely and accurately communicating market information and customer needs to product managers and regional managers.
4. Sales Support and Coordination: Collaborating with product managers to provide sales support; coordinating technical and after-sales resources to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Marketing Activity Planning and Execution: Planning and executing creative marketing activities based on the characteristics of the regional market to enhance brand influence.
6. After-Sales Issue Coordination: Working closely with service managers to quickly respond to customer after-sales requests; coordinating internal resources to close the problem loop and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Compliance Management and Risk Control: Comply with the laws and regulations of the target country to ensure the compliance of sales activities and control trade risks.
