Educational Qualificatio

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related fie - ld.Professional certifications in procurement or contract management are an advanta

Experi
- ence
Minimum of 5 years and above of procurement experience, preferably in the railway, construction, or infrastructure indu - stry.Experience in tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor manage
- ment.Familiarity with cost estimation, bill of quantities (BOQ), and contract t
- erms.Knowledge of railway industry standards and procurement regulations is an added advan
tage.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery tim - elines.Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage contract
- terms.Review and analyze supplier quotations against BOQs and project specific
- ations.Support contract management, including variation orders and
- claims.Monitor supplier performance and maintain a strong vendor da
- tabase.Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and se
- rvices.Assist in cost estimation and budget planning for procurement acti
- vities.Ensure procurement aligns with project cost control me
- asures.Ensure procurement processes adhere to industry regulations and company po
- licies.Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supplier reliability and cost fluctu
