Job Descriptions:
Supervise and monitor the daily progress of maintenance works to ensure timely completion.

Experiences in monitor and oversee the Centralized Management Platform(CMP) and ensure the proper usage and functioning of all other SSSS devices. Take immediate safety follow up action in case abnormalities/alert signals are identified in the CMP and report immediately.Experiences in monitor and oversee the Centralized Management Platform(CMP) and ensure the proper usage and functioning of all other SSSS devices. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.

Prepare and submit completion reports and records accurately and on time.

Provide support to the Manager in general duties and operations.

Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Job Requirements:
(1) EITHER

(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in the field of Civil Engineering or equivalent (including but not limited to Building, Environmental or Construction Management etc.),

AND ​​​​​​

a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in road and drainage works or a minimum of four years of experience in road and drainage works;

OR

(b) a minimum seven years of experience in road and drainage works.

(2) Holder of valid driving license (Class 1 or 2) is an advantage.

(3) Immediately available is highly preferred.
