In the Cluster Supply Organization, business specialists, business experts, engineer specialists, engineers and product owners work together in a team. Agile methods help employees perform their functions by responding quickly and flexibly to enable changing framework conditions and customer needs through an iterative approach and continuous development of new solutions.
This approach aims at better products, higher quality, more efficient processes and faster implementation. This will ensure that valuable functionalities are delivered to the customer and that existing products, processes and services are further developed in a customer-oriented manner.
In order to achieve this, the employees work autonomously, independently and self-organized. For this purpose, team members are given responsibility for all processes and systems that are necessary for the responsible products, processes and services. Open communication between team members ensures regular and timely feedback. This enables the rapid detection and correction of errors, so-called "Fail Fast" allows you to. This enables rapid reaction to changing conditions and customer needs through iterative procedures.
