The Account Product Manager is responsible for turning signed SME accounts into successful implementations across eCG's solution portfolio. The role manages customer onboarding, project coordination, scope alignment, communication, milestone execution, and implementation quality for projects delivered through EASY BUD and powered by SINGLE, eCG apps, and eCG agents.
This role sits at the center of customer delivery. It ensures that what was sold commercially is converted into a practical, well-managed, and outcome-oriented implementation for the client.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and kickoff for newly signed SME customers.
- Translate commercial scope into a practical delivery plan including use case definition, milestones, timeline, customer responsibilities, and success criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication during implementation.
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer accounts and implementation projects with strong structure and follow-through.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including solution, analyst, technical, and operations resources, to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure that SINGLE, eCG apps, agents, and workflows are configured and positioned in a way that matches the agreed customer outcome.
- Track delivery progress, highlight risks early, manage expectations professionally, and drive projects toward completion.
- Support user activation, adoption readiness, and implementation closure.
- Capture recurring customer needs and improvement opportunities to strengthen templates, onboarding playbooks, and internal operating procedures.

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, product, operations, communications, information systems, or a related discipline preferred.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in account management, implementation, project management, digital delivery, product operations, or client service roles.
- Strong ability to manage multiple customers and projects in parallel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with external clients and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation quality, and project coordination discipline.
- Ability to interpret customer needs and convert them into clear action plans.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes continue to improve over time.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English required; Mandarin is an advantage.
Preferred attributes
- Experience in SME customer onboarding, software implementation, digital project delivery, or client-facing product operations.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, CRM systems, or digital platforms.
- Ability to combine customer empathy with delivery discipline.

Pay: $22,000.00 - $38,000.00 per month
