Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Years of Experience: 4 – 8 Years

Role Summary:

1. Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform

2. Build customized solutions using: · Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs) · Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components · Visualforce (where applicable)

3. Configure standard Service Cloud features · Case Management · Omnichannel routing · Knowledge Base · Service Console · Entitlements & Milestones

4. Implement automation using: Flows · Process Builder (Legacy Support) Approval Process

5. Salesforce Integration experience · Rest APIs · Salesforce inbound and outbound integrations · Handling Authentication methods (OAuth, named credentials).

Good to Have:

Salesforce Admin and developer certifications.
