Hiring: Test Manager (Banking Domain)

Location: KL

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for banking applications and projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test strategy, test planning, defect management, stakeholder management, and SIT/UAT coordination.

Key Requirements:

6–10 years of software testing experience with at least 3–5 years in Test Management/Leadership.

Strong experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.

Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar test/defect management tools.

Experience managing testing teams and coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.

Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Banking domain experience (Core Banking, Cards, Payments, etc.) is highly preferred.

ISTQB CTFL/CTAL certification is an advantage.
