We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with below experiences:

• Must have minimum of 2 years and above of relevant working experience
• Pre contract & estimating
• Experience in handling pre contract work especially in take offs and measurements
• Exposure to residential or building construction in below mentioned materials:
• Interior Trades
• Drywall/ plasterboard
• suspended or decorative ceilings
• fit out, partitioning, linings
• Familiar with tools such as On Screen Takeoffs (OST) or Quick Bid
• Planswift or BlueBeam
