Role Description 


The Operations Manager leads the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and a consistently high standard of patient experience. This role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across all functions. You will drive operational excellence, uphold service quality, and proactively resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage the clinics' daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. 
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards. 
  • Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and productivity. 
  • Ensure excellent patient/customer service and handle escalations when necessary. 
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination. 
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies. 
  • Analyze operational performance and prepare reports for management. 
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to improve overall clinic performance. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction. 

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the hospitality industry. 
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written). 
  • Mandarin speaking is an added advantage. 
  • Proven leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

 

Preferred Qualities: 

  • Customer-focused mindset. 
  • Detail-oriented and proactive. 
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team. 
  • Adaptable and able to handle operational challenges effectively. 

Working Hours: 

  • 45 hours per week 
  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
