What You’ll Do

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Handle student/corporate billings, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Process TPG submissions and SkillsFuture funding claims
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for claims and audits
• Support month-end closing and finance reporting activities
• Coordinate with internal teams on finance and billing matters

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with TPG and SkillsFuture claims administration
• Familiar with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Experience in education/training industry is an advantage
