Research Assistant / PhD Student – Animal Studies & High-throughput Science for AI-Driven RNA Therapeutics Development (Wet-Lab Focus)

We are looking for a highly motivated Research Assistant /PhD Student to join our team in an exciting project at the intersection of RNA therapeutics and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct animal and experimental wet-lab efforts to scale up high-throughput screening of RNA therapeutics.
• Design and conduct molecular biology experiments to generate high-quality datasets for training AI models.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, including AI scientists and engineers.
• Optimize protocols for in vivo screening of RNA therapeutics, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of wet-lab scientists, AI researchers, and bioinformaticians.
• Maintain rigorous laboratory records and contribute to research publications and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
• Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong background in animal studies and molecular biology, hands-on experience with wet-lab techniques (e.g., RNA synthesis, gene editing, high-throughput screening) is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly with computational team members focused on AI model development.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a rapidly advancing field.
