Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field 
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, JD Paint, or similar 
• Experience with CAM software and CNC toolpath generation 
• Understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing methods 
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer specifications 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication and teamwork abilities 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage

We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Engineer to support the design and development process by preparing accurate CAD drawings and 3D models based on customer requirements. The role involves working closely with customers, production, and engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D CAD drawings and 3D models according to customer specifications and project requirements 
• Create and optimize CNC toolpaths for machining and manufacturing processes 
• Modify and revise drawings and CNC programs based on customer feedback and production requirements 
• Generate production drawings, assembly drawings, and technical documentation 
• Ensure drawings and CNC programs comply with technical, dimensional, and manufacturing standards 
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and machining feasibility 
• Support prototype development, product improvement, and troubleshooting activities 
• Maintain proper filing, version control, and documentation of drawings and CNC programs 
• Assist in machine setup verification and production support when required 
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline and quality requirements
