Job Purpose:
The PT Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day on-site supervision of post-tensioning construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards. This role oversees Acre Works’ workforce, PT machinery, equipment, and subcontractors, while coordinating closely with the PT Superintendent to maintain smooth project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Acre Works’ on-site workforce, machinery, and PT equipment.
- Ensure adherence to site safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce compliance with regulations.
- Monitor work progress against project schedules, report deviations, and maintain accurate daily site records.
- Assist in implementing approved method statements and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Conduct training and provide guidance on PT component installation, winching, and stressing works.
- Liaise with launching departments, engineers, and site teams on technical matters, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor PT machinery and equipment, coordinate maintenance, repairs, and proper storage.
- Act as a replacement helper for stressing work if required, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Understand and comply with anti-bribery policies, reporting violations through whistleblowing channels
