居家办公 Procurement Operations Specialist Jobs, salary up to MYR 8,000 in RiDiK Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Responsibility:

Support the global organization with the end-to-end procurement operational process, including procure-to-pay (P2P) activities.

Manage and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Assist with the vendor onboarding process.

Support sourcing events, including RFx (Request for Proposal/Quotation/Information) preparation and coordination.

Provide administrative support for contract management, ensuring proper storage and tracking of agreements.

Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on procurement process inquiries and provide guidance and support.

Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of procurement systems, tools, and documentation (e.g., SOPs, trackers).

Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting on procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency.

Support the implementation and adherence to procurement policies and procedures across the organization.

Collaborate with finance and other departments to resolve payment and other P2P-related issues.

Support the budget reconciliation process to enable more accurate budgeting and resource allocation.

Other tasks as assigned on an ad hoc basis to support the procurement function.

Requirement:

Good understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (e.g., procure-to-pay, source-to-contract).

Experience with procurement software (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP) is highly desirable.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Able to converse, read, understand, and type Mandarin.

Able to multi-task effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-oriented.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Proactive, robust, pleasant, team player, with strong communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
