Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 4,500 Basic + Allowances

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Prior experience in the Insurance industry is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions
