Executing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a range of power systems, including uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and other critical power equipment
Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
Providing on-site support and liaising with customers to understand their power-related requirements and concerns
Maintaining detailed records of all service interventions and providing comprehensive reports
Collaborating with the wider Vertiv team to share knowledge and best practices
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline
1-2 years' experience in the maintenance and repair of power systems, such as UPS, or other critical infrastructure
Familiarity with power system components, troubleshooting techniques, and commissioning procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills to liaise effectively with clients
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Proficient in English and Cantonese, with the ability to understand technical manuals and documentation
