岗位职责

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using RPG IV, RPGLE, Cobol, CLLE, SQL/400, DB2/400 on the AS400/iSeries platform.
  • Work on core banking modules such as Loans, Deposits, Payments, Customer Management, and General Ledger.
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Support UAT, SIT, and production deployments.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Coordinate with functional/business teams to understand system enhancements or fixes.
  • Optimize performance of programs and batch jobs.
  • Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer as needed.
