We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Class 4 Driver to support our transportation and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods, ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and drive Class 4 vehicles for the collection, transportation, and delivery of goods.
• Collect and load goods from clients' premises and transport them safely to the designated delivery locations.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely, accurately, and within scheduled timelines.
• Secure cargo properly during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
• Verify delivery orders and related documentation during collection and delivery activities.
• Obtain customer acknowledgements and submit all required documents promptly and accurately.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing customer enquiries and feedback appropriately.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and routine checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
• Operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks when required and authorized.
• Use handheld devices or tablets for stock checking, delivery confirmation, and inventory scanning.
• Comply with all traffic regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve operational targets and service standards.
• Adapt to changing delivery schedules, operational priorities, and business requirements.
• Assist with logistics and operational duties as assigned by management.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant driving and transportation experience preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• A forklift licence/certification is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading, and securing activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of using mobile devices, tablets, or scanning systems.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when operationally required.
