Responsiblities

• Work with stakeholders to determine material and service requirements based on technical specifications.
• Conduct sourcing activities for materials and services from both local and overseas suppliers.
• Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers/vendors and track their submissions.
• Assess and manage supplier selection to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
• Monitor order deliveries and communicate changes with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Address supply, quality, and invoicing issues while ensuring compliance with commercial, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in procurement.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering.
• Experience with technical and corporate purchase.
• Excellent planning, organising, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite especially Excel. SAP experience will be a plus
