Role Overview
We are seeking a design-driven Web & Digital Experience Developer to lead the development and continuous enhancement of digital platforms across Beauty and Eyewear.
This role combines front-end development, UX/UI sensibility, and digital strategy thinking to create cohesive, high-performing brand websites.
You will work closely with our brand and creative teams to translate brand identity into engaging, user-centric online experiences.
Responsibilities

Design and develop two distinct brand websites (Beauty and Eyewear), ensuring consistency with overall brand direction while maintaining unique positioning for each category

Translate brand storytelling into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences with strong UX/UI principles

Collaborate with internal teams to define website structure, user journeys, and content hierarchy

Leverage existing databases to build scalable and efficient website architecture

Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility

Implement and maintain SEO best practices (on-page SEO, site structure, loading speed, metadata)

Support digital marketing initiatives by ensuring websites are SEM-ready (landing page optimization, tracking integration, etc.)

Manage website updates, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
Requirements

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Working knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or Python (experience with Apache is a plus)

Understanding of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles with a good visual and design sensibility

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization

Ability to think strategically about digital platforms, not just execute development tasks

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time or project-based setup

Portfolio of previous web projects required
