Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling and calendar arrangements for virtual and physical events including career fairs, client events, and team engagements
• Manage multi-channel communications with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment
• Maintain organised digital and physical documentation for event planning and tracking
• Support end-to-end event execution to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver events aligned with organisational branding and objectives
• Arrange logistics including venues, catering, virtual platforms, and technical requirements
• Prepare agendas, record meeting notes, and follow up on action items promptly
• Produce post-event summaries and performance insights while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,300.00 per month
