Targeted Lead Generation: Actively scout, research, and map mid-to-large-sized companies across Saudi Arabia that are expanding or facing organizational challenges.
Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Craft and execute highly personalized outreach campaigns targeting C-level executives, CHROs, and Business Owners via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional cold emailing.
Conduct Discovery Calls: Engage prospective clients in initial qualifying conversations to assess their HR gaps, organizational challenges, and readiness for premium consulting services.
Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality, qualified virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams) between interested prospects and our Founder & Managing Partner.
CRM Pipeline Management: Maintain flawless, real-time data hygiene by tracking every interaction, email, and deal stage inside the CRM (HubSpot).
Deal Nurturing & Follow-ups: Persistently follow up on pending proposals, answer preliminary client queries, and facilitate smooth payment collection pipelines.
Requirements & Preferred Profile
Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development (Experience in Management Consulting, Executive Search, or Professional Services is a massive plus).
Sales Methodology: Strong understanding of Consultative / Solution Selling approaches rather than high-volume, transactional cold calling.
Market Knowledge: Prior experience interacting with corporate clients in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly preferred.
Sales Tech-Stack: Proven expertise using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho), and prospecting tools (e.g., *************, Lemlist).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a highly professional, neutral accent.
Availability: Must be fully comfortable working according to Saudi Arabia's official business hours (GMT+3).
