Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily e-commerce order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Handle operational issues such as order discrepancies, delivery delays, returns, and customer feedback.
Process returned parcels, including inspection, system updates, and restocking.
Support warehouse administration duties such as order processing, document preparation, and system updates.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
Assist with inventory activities including stock checks and reconciliation.
Perform hands-on warehouse duties including packing, labelling, quality checks, and general housekeeping.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and SOPs.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

Preferably with experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with basic computer knowledge.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Comfortable with hands-on operational duties.
Open to working 5.5 days of work.
Open to flexible shift timing.
