Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance — Greet customers, answer enquiries, and provide product recommendations.
Order Processing — Take orders accurately and ensure smooth service flow.
Issue Resolution — Handle complaints calmly and professionally.
Cashier & POS Handling — Process payments, maintain accuracy, and record daily sales.
Admin Documentation — Update attendance, prepare simple reports, and maintain records.
Inventory Monitoring — Track stock levels and report shortages.
Cleanliness & Hygiene — Keep counter, equipment, and workspace clean.
Team Coordination — Support team members during peak hours and ensure smooth workflow.
Required Qualities
Responsible — Punctual, reliable, and able to follow SOPs.
Attentive — Observes details, listens carefully, avoids mistakes.
Patient — Handles difficult customers calmly.
Good Communication — Polite, clear, and confident.
Organized — Able to manage simple admin tasks efficiently.
Positive Attitude — Friendly, helpful, and willing to learn.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
