Job Summary:
Responsible for handling human resources and administrative functions to support the daily operations of the cosmetics and jewellery branches, including staff management, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff records for the branch
- Handle payroll and statutory contributions (KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN)
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and documentation
- Support daily administrative operations of the office
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in staff coordination and communication within the branch
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory requirements
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Passion in beauty industry is a surplus
