About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer / AI Analyst to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. You will work with data, machine learning models, and engineering teams to build intelligent systems that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities AI & Machine Learning Development

️ Assist in building and training machine learning models

• Support development of AI/ML models and algorithms
• Clean, preprocess, and structure datasets for training
• Assist in feature engineering and model optimization
• Evaluate model performance and accuracy
• Contribute to experimentation and research tasks

Data Analysis & Insights

️ Analyze datasets to support AI-driven decision making

• Explore and interpret structured and unstructured data
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Prepare reports and visualizations for stakeholders
• Support data-driven product improvements
• Ensure data quality and consistency

️ Model Deployment & Support

• Assist in deploying models into production environments
• Support integration of AI models with applications and APIs
• Monitor model performance and stability
• Help troubleshoot and debug AI-related issues
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows for ML systems

Collaboration & Research

️ Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams

• Participate in Agile development processes
• Support AI research and experimentation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Document findings and technical processes
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related field
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Familiarity with Python or similar programming languages
• Knowledge of data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Understanding of SQL and databases is a plus
• Exposure to ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with AI/ML projects are encouraged to apply
