Job Title: ITAD Technician

About Us

Recirculate IT Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and refurbished IT equipment company. We provide secure collection, data destruction, asset recovery, refurbishment and remarketing services for corporate and enterprise customers.

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our ITAD Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming IT assets from corporate customers
• Unpack, sort and inventory laptops, desktops, monitors and related equipment
• Record and verify asset information including serial numbers and asset tags
• Perform secure data erasure and data sanitisation procedures using company-approved software and tools
• Conduct functional testing of IT equipment
• Assess and grade equipment based on cosmetic and functional condition
• Identify missing components, defects and physical damage
• Update asset records and processing status accurately
• Prepare equipment for refurbishment, resale, recycling or disposal
• Pack and palletise equipment for storage and shipment
• Maintain a clean, organised and secure processing environment
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards and chain-of-custody procedures
• Assist with stock takes and inventory audits when required
• Support collection and logistics activities when required
• Assist in packing, palletising, loading and preparing equipment for transportation, storage, remarketing or recycling activities.
• Support collection, warehouse and logistics activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education, Nitec or Higher Nitec
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Experience in computer hardware, refurbishment, warehouse operations or IT support is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops and computer components preferred
• Comfortable handling and moving IT equipment
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related duties

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• Experience with inventory management or asset tracking
• Experience handling large quantities of electronic equipment
• Understanding of data security and asset management practices
