Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations.
Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement.
Update and maintain pricing.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system.
Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office
Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
Good team player with the ability to work independently
