Job Description

Manage R&D projects including literature review, project design, laboratory testing, analysis and reporting

Identify, test, and troubleshoot metallization processes for PCB panels, Photovoltaic (PV) wafers, AI chips, LED substrates and other semiconductor parts

Communicate with customers and technology partners for technology roadmaps, process development, project progress, test plans and prototype setup

Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure hardware designs meet process and performance requirements

Occasional overseas trips required
Job Requirements

Demonstrated experience in handling chemicals

Ability to set up Design of Experiments (DoE) and execute tests for new processes

Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Engineering mindset with hands-on troubleshooting capability

Preferable for knowledge of SolidWorks

0–2 years working experience (fresh graduates/early career candidates are welcome)
