Provide general clerical support to the Department including outdoor work e.g. filing documents with Stamp Office, Inland Revenue Department and Companies Registry etc.
Data input, scanning and filing relevant documents (paper filing and electronic filing)
Other administration works as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
HKCEE or DSE
At least 2 years’ clerical experience preferred
Self-motivated, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
A team player with positive attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Outdoor work is required when necessary
Proficiency in MS office (Word & Excel) and PowerPoint
