Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets for products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and etc
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across all assigned FMCG categories
• Handle order taking, stock replenishment, and follow-up on delivery and collections
• Supervise, lead, and motivate the sales team to ensure productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize sales routes and outlet coverage to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
• Conduct regular market visits, evaluate sales performance, and provide coaching and on-the-job training to improve team effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key outlets while ensuring effective execution of promotions and company initiatives.
• Oversee stock receiving, inventory control, reconciliation, and timely stock allocation to support smooth sales operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team
• Results-driven & customer-focused
• Experience in GT & MT
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Must possess own transport and valid driving license
• Willing to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
