About the Role
We are looking for driven Business Development Executives to join our staffing team. This is a true 360 role — you will own the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to workforce management, making you the single point of contact for both clients and the temporary/contract staff you place.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new client relationships requiring temporary and contract manpower solutions
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: taking in client briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, deploying staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Serve as the key account manager for your clients — understanding their needs, fulfilling requests promptly, and building long-term partnerships
Oversee deployed staff to ensure attendance, performance, and client satisfaction
Handle payroll processing for your placed workers accurately and on time
Work towards and maintain KPI targets set by the business

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills — you know how to close
Self-motivated, resilient, and never-give-up attitude
Prior experience in the temporary/contract staffing industry is strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $2,500 – $3,500/month (negotiable for candidates with relevant industry experience)
Generous commission structure — high performers are well rewarded
