Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assistant Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the engineering team in the implementation of manufacturing processes and systems. This role requires a engineer technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of manufacturing processes and systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control measures

Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing equipment and process issues.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, processes, and systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Technical Skills:

Understanding of CNC Machining Process

Process development and implementation

Quality control and assurance

Manufacturing software and systems (e.g. ERP, MES)

Data analysis and reporting

Soft Skills:
Teamwork and collaboration

Communication and documentation

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Adaptability and flexibility

Time management and prioritization
