About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Operations Executive to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business. This role will focus on optimizing online sales operations, analyzing performance data, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily sales operations of the independent website, including participating in the formulation and management of product sales planning, marketing campaign planning, data monitoring, analysis, and reporting, backend maintenance, etc., and accountable for sales results.
- Responsible for planning, executing, or coordinating marketing activities related to the independent website. Work closely with pre-sales customer service, external marketing, and other departments to drive the implementation of campaign plans.
- Analyze and summarize operational data metrics, monitor performance, and optimize operational strategies. Collaborate closely with the marketing and advertising team to enhance conversion rates through refined post-click browsing journey management and related marketing activities. Manage inventory turnover rates, reduce inventory risks, and control costs.
- Coordinate and integrate resources across internal modules to ensure the smooth operation of the independent website.
- Participate in the development and management of project plans, facilitate information communication and feedback, and provide timely updates on project progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or DTC sales operations
- Basic understanding of online sales operations and digital commerce workflows
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
