Job Purpose
To assist the Head of Asset Management Services and coordinate with the contractors / sub-contractors / suppliers and ensure schedules are met and smooth implementation of projects.
Job Responsibilities
Financial
- To assist the Head of Asset Management Services and coordinate with Finance Department and ensure Revenue and PBIT are met in accordance to M-Plan.
- Ensure the Facilities Management at PEH Projects are able to generate profit during the implementation of projects.
Customer/Stakeholder
- Coordinate and collaborate with JV Partner which include setting time, cost and quality objectives and schedules are met and smooth implementation of projects.
- Support the Company to become the Leading Property Player in Top 5 position for Qualitative Ranking of the Edge Property Award.
Operational
Operational Excellence
- To maintain and updated timely of all asset records, documents and other operation records in CMMS.
- To ensure the CMMS network backup, recovery and security system are io operation.
- To coordinate and maintain daily operation of work orders issuance, monitoring and recording.
- Managing overall operation and maintenance requirements according to CA.
- To oversee day-to day facilities operations and maintenance of client’s facilities and equipment focusing on keeping all equipment in an operating and functional condition by directing a workforce consisting of technical and non-technical employees.
Education/Professional Qualification
Degree / Bachelor in Engineering / Architectural or any technical degree related to property development.
Professional Experience
Registration with Professional Institution such as PMP, MISM, IEM, PAM and etc as added advantage.
