Position: Creative Technologist Executive
Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: No. 65, Second Floor Kompleks, Persiaran Sultan Abdul Hamid, 05050 Alor Setar, Kedah

Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking Creative Technologist Executive who can bridge creativity, technology, and innovation to support both internal and client-facing projects.

In this role, you will work closely with creative, strategy, production, and client service teams to develop scalable digital solutions. You will explore AI tools, automation systems, and emerging technologies to improve workflows, enhance user experience, and support business objectives.

This role is ideal for individuals who are curious about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about combining creativity with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable and innovative technology solutions for internal and client projects
2. Collaborate with creative, strategy, production, and client service teams to align technical and business goals
3. Balance creativity with commercial awareness and ensure timely project delivery
4. Explore AI tools, automation systems, and emerging platforms to improve workflows and efficiency
5. Provide technical support and document troubleshooting processes clearly
6. Apply UX/UI principles to improve user experience in digital systems and platforms
7. Contribute to design, prototyping, and creative experimentation for digital products
8. Research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to marketing and content
9. Share knowledge through demos, documentation, and internal learning sessions

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, Design, or related field
2. Interest or experience in AI tools, automation, or digital platforms
3. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital workflows
4. Creative mindset with technical curiosity
