Design and govern end‑to‑end sales advisory processes, including needs analysis, product suitability, disclosures, and documentation.
Ensure consistent implementation of advisory standards across all sales channels through the sales advisory tool
Sales Supervision & Validation
Support in the development supervisory and validation frameworks, including quality assurance and post‑sales reviews.
Monitor and analyse sales conduct trends to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Coaching & Sales Capability
Support in automating the governance standards for coaching, performance management, and ongoing development of sales representatives and supervisors
Embed structured coaching frameworks and track effectiveness through defined metrics and tools in development of the tool.
