We're Hiring: Program Engineer (Cybersecurity)!
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Program Engineer specializing in Cybersecurity to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles, experience with security tools, and a passion for protecting information systems.

What You'll Do:
About the Role
The Program Engineer will support the operations, maintenance, and cybersecurity of systems. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, operational efficiency, and strong cybersecurity posture while supporting ongoing programme delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. L1 Operations & Support
Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems, including remote and onsite troubleshooting (24/7 standby roster). Respond to operational alerts, cybersecurity incidents, and system issues. Support system verification testing after patches and maintenance cycles. Co-manage centralized monitoring dashboards and alerting systems. Support change management processes using Service Management platforms. Maintain and update Operations & Maintenance (O&M) playbooks. Prepare and submit operational reports and updates.2. Cybersecurity Management
Perform vulnerability management, user access reviews, and log monitoring. Maintain and update risk registers for PMO-PSB systems. Conduct cybersecurity awareness training tailored to stakeholders. Support cyber preparedness exercises with internal teams and vendors. Assist in cybersecurity reporting, audits, and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of system security and resilience.3. Programme Delivery & Operations
Support technical aspects of system design, integration, implementation, testing, and commissioning. Ensure solutions are secure-by-design and compliant with standards and policies. Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation. Support activities related to: Cybersecurity and privacy risks Compliance and governance Incident and change management Configuration and inventory management Provision, install, configure, harden, and administer systems and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Operations or Cybersecurity Operations. Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in IT service delivery and SLA/OLA management.Technical Skills (Desirable)
Experience in one or more areas:
Programming: C#, Java, JavaScript (Web/Mobile) DevOps / DevSecOps practices Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Database & storage systems Middleware and system integration Cybersecurity (hardening, threat & vulnerability management) Windows/Linux administration Networking & infrastructure AI technologies (basic exposure)Other Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Basic knowledge of project management methodologies. Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL CISSP or other cybersecurity certificationsKey Attributes
