Responsible for performing advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities for mechanical, electrical, and technical equipment to ensure optimal operational performance and reliability. Conduct detailed inspections, root cause analysis, operational testing, calibration, and quality checks on equipment and systems. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including repair or replacement of faulty components, machine servicing, commissioning, and shutdown maintenance activities.

Able to independently interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to support troubleshooting and maintenance work. Experienced in programming, manual measurements, assembly, wiring, grinding, soldering, testing, and system diagnostics. Prepare maintenance reports, service documentation, and technical records while ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and PPE standards.

Lead and coordinate manpower, supervise junior technicians, support engineers during projects, and collaborate with suppliers for replacement parts and technical solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills while ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to operational requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
