Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive learning and development program for the hotel employees, including new hires, onboarding, and internal trainings
• Support L&D in identifying learning and development opportunities to implement, and support the full learning cycle from concept to delivery
• Review and update existing training materials to ensure appropriateness and relevancy, setting up a maintenance schedule to monitor existing training
• Maintain the learning management system and ensure training records are up-to-date and accurate
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide support for the improvement of the training approach, content and delivery
• Provide support to external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs
• Maintain a good understanding of best practices, new educational and training tools, techniques and methods in learning and development, as well as hospitality industry
• Support L&D Manager in managing internship and engagement with local and international institutions
• Maintain the EQ Service Standards through regular observations and inspections

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development role within the hospitality industry.
• HRDC Certified Train-the-Trainer is an added advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
