Participate in formulating monthly IQC work plans and incoming inspection specifications.
Perform sampling/full inspection of incoming materials based on drawings, standards and requirements; skillfully use inspection tools to check dimensions, appearance, performance, specifications, quantity, packaging, labeling, etc.
Accurately record data, fill in inspection reports, and make quality judgments (Pass/Fail/Special Acceptance).
Mark and isolate non-conforming products, report issues promptly, assist in handling reports, participate in reviews and re-inspection.
Maintain inspection areas and equipment, ensure tools are calibrated and valid; manage inspection samples and documents.
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, production and technical departments on material status, quality anomalies and standard clarification.
Support quality system operation, participate in new material/supplier inspection, and propose improvement suggestions.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Education: College degree or above; major in Metallurgy, Metal Materials, Mechanics or related engineering fields.
Experience: 2+ years total experience; minimum 1 year as inspector in manufacturing. Good fresh graduates or relevant majors can be considered.
Skills: Read basic mechanical drawings; use common measuring tools; know basic inspection rules, sampling standards (e.g. GB/T 2828.1) and statistics; use office software for data work.
Abilities: Strong principle; detail-minded; responsible; fast learner; good communication & teamwork; proactive & observant.
