Key Responsibilities: Production Execution
- Operate forging equipment to process metal billets strictly in line with production processes and technical drawings.
- Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of forging equipment to keep it in normal working condition.
- Inspect and maintain molds regularly; repair or replace them promptly when issues are identified.
- Conduct self-inspections on finished products; resolve any problems immediately to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety production rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Requisition and use raw materials reasonably to avoid waste or damage.
- Record production details accurately, including output quantity, quality results, and equipment operating status.
- Carry out 6S self-inspections of the work area to maintain organization and cleanliness.
Requirement
- Experience: Relevant forging experience preferred
- Knowledge: Understand forging process; able to operate equipment, read drawings, and perform basic maintenance/inspection
- Skills: Good communication; careful & proactive; follow safety & quality rules
- Physical: No restrictions; adapt to indoor work with high/low temperatures
- Schedule: Day shift only; occasional short trips
