• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies
• Process orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges as required
• Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,215.69 per month
