JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Provide application support for manufacturing or business applications to ensure smooth daily operation.

* Monitor system/application performance and troubleshoot issues reported by users.

* Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue escalation activities.

* Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based or manufacturing-related applications based on business requirements.

* Support application testing, deployment, debugging, and system maintenance activities.

* Perform database checking, data validation, and SQL troubleshooting activities.

* Support manufacturing transfer projects, implementation, and system enhancement initiatives.

* Work closely with internal users, IT teams, engineers, and production teams to support operational needs.

* Prepare and maintain technical documentation, issue tracking, and support reports.

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for application stability and process efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

* 1–5 years working experience in application support, software development, or manufacturing system environment.

* Knowledge or experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, or web application development.

* Basic to intermediate knowledge in SQL / MS SQL / Stored Procedure.

* Experience supporting MES, ERP, or manufacturing systems is an added advantage.

* Exposure in semiconductor/manufacturing industry environment will be preferred.

* Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work independently and collaboratively in team environment.

* Good communication skill in English.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
