• Support the design and development of jewelry and accessories trends and packaging.

• Contribute to packaging and trend research.

• Create original patterns, and repeats using digital techniques.

• Collaborate closely with merchandising and product development teams to ensure design aligns with cost targets, materials availability, and production timelines.

• Maintain daily follow up /communication with packaging vendors & clients ensuring clarity in requirements, timely CADs & sample delivery.

• Collaborate with printers and manufacturers to ensure design quality and consistency throughout production.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business needs.

• Diploma or above in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years design experience preferably in fashion jewelry, accessories and packaging design

• Proficiency in AI and Photoshop is required. Experience with additional design software—such as InDesign, Procreate, Rhino or other 3D rendering tools—is an advantage.

• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Experience in packaging, women’s accessories (jewelry, bags, gifts, etc.), or related categories is preferred.

• Responsible and able to work independently, detail-minded, flexible, good team player, a fast-learner, able to cope with deadlines.

• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
