Job Summary
Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality systems while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver successful project outcomes across multiple initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture that drives innovation and team engagement
- Oversee the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality systems to meet business requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute work effectively
- Participate actively in architectural decisions and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical excellence
- Define team goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and driving continuous improvement
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering or related disciplines
- Proven ability to manage teams, lead projects, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
- Capability to balance hands-on technical contributions with leadership and strategic responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

- Experience scaling teams or systems in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and delivery
