岗位职责
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support our office operations across Malaysia and regional offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange staff travel (flight, hotel, visa, transport)
• Support office procurement & supplies management
• Process payments and staff claims
• Coordinate office maintenance & fixed asset tracking
• Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation support
• Provide admin support for regional offices when required
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
1–2 years admin experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin speaking/reading preferred to liaise with stakeholders from China
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
