• Position : Visual Merchandising Executive
• Location : Eunos
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Retail Solutions for International Brands

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with brands to execute visual merchandising projects in line with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Serve as the main liaison with brands’ VM teams to ensure compliance with guidelines and expectations.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across multiple regions.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate with local partners on permits, manpower, onsite setup, and completion reporting.
• Oversee smooth onsite execution and resolve operational issues when needed.
• Provide daily communication updates and weekly WIP reports to brands.
• Assist the Director with project coordination and related duties.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong aesthetic sense with good awareness of beauty and retail trends.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiar with retail display tools, technical drawings, layouts, or related software.
• Flexible to work beyond regular hours, including weekends when required.
• Willing to travel for project execution.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
